The United States Olympic Committee

Background: The United States Olympic Committee (USOC) is a federally chartered nonprofit corporation responsible for selecting and supporting U.S. teams for the Olympic Games, Paralympic Games, and the Pan American Games.

The USOC has two primary responsibilities in its oversight of Olympic and Paralympic sports in the United States: to generate resources to support U.S. athletes in achieving sustained competitive excellence in international competition; and to ensure that those resources are used wisely and effectively. Non-profit National Governing Bodies (NGBs) are sanctioned by the USOC to manage each of the 47 Olympic and Paralympic sports.

The National Olympic Committee of Aruba

Background: The National Olympic Committee of Aruba is charged by the International Olympic Committee to identify, train and select elite athletes to represent Aruba in the Olympic and Pan American Games.

The United States Olympic Foundation The United States Olympic Foundation

Background: A nationally selected 10 member Board of Directors charged with oversight and management of a $250,000,000 endowment benefiting the United States Olympic movement.

Morgan’s Wonderland

Background: In 2010, a San Antonio based home-builder and philanthropist created a unique, 28 acre theme park specifically designed for those with special needs and disabilities. By 2011, it became apparent that Morgan’s Wonderland would be unsustainable unless significant restructuring, cost containment, and revenue generation initiatives were quickly identified and undertaken.
